Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
